Filtering Workflows in the "Information" Tab

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the Information tab.
  3. Use the search bar to find a specific workflow.
  4. Apply filters such as date range, process name, or status to refine the results.

Viewing Past Information Workflows

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the Information tab.
  3. The list of completed workflows where the user was included for informational purposes will be displayed.
  4. Click on any workflow to review its details and history.

Finding Older Workflows in the Information Tab

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the Information tab.
  3. If the task is not visible, click on the date filter.
  4. Adjust the date range to expand the search.
  5. Click Apply Filters to refresh the list with older tasks.

Searching for a Specific Workflow in the "Information" Tab

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the Information tab.
  3. Use the search bar to enter the process name or relevant keywords.
  4. The matching results will be displayed.

Viewing Details of an Informational Workflow

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the Information tab.
  3. Locate the workflow you want to review.
  4. Click on the workflow to view its process details and history.
